'Fighting the windmills'

The author of this article Joanna Solska in the subtitle informs that Poland's wind electrical power stations may be closed before they have officially been open.

The text shows the controversial situation of the polish wind energy market. On one hand there are investors that want to open wind farms, the government that aids the development of ecological energy by giving preferentional credits and dotations on the other the Energy Companies that even though have been obliged by the Ministry of Economy (act dated 15 December 2000), do not want to buy wind energy because of it's high price.
